Speaking of chicha, I prepared a seafood antipasto for the guys I was training here at work. We recently hired 5 new employees and I was "echoing" the things I learned from my last year's seminar to them. Pramis ko, sa last day ng training namin (today), gagawan ko sila ng salad.

Nagustuhan naman nila (mabuti naman... or else! hehe). Parang sininghot lang. One-blink, ubos.

Therapy sakin yung pag gawa nito kagabi. It has been a year since I learned to prepare this stuff and since then I only serve it to people that are special to me. Lalo na't una ko 'to ginawa with the Batgurl in mind. Ngayon wala na siya, but my self-imposed "tradition" remains. Sentimental ako sa mga ganyan e. Anyway, moving on.

Eto, hinanap ko pa yung blog entry ko nung recipe ng seafood antipasto. Hindi orig yan as most would think upon having tasted the one I did. "Seafood antipasto" itself is a name I first heard from "Salad Days" salad bar and its dressing - honey mustard - is a popular favorite among the Euro countries. May iba't ibang timpla lang siya but one should stick to its distinct sweet and sour tang.

Ang totoo nyan, ang pinagka-iba lang nung sa akin... ay pogi yung gumawa. Tweeeweet!
