Goodbye Vampire

Finally, it was my last night here at work. It's complicated how I ended up working as an analyst for Microbase Incorporated, Procter & Gamble Asia Limited, and Hewlett-Packard Philippines in the same occasion, but the almost four years of stay - ...and fun! - is definitely worth it.

I was hired to work here November of 2001, a couple of months after graduating from college. Hindi pa ko inabot ng exactly four years, one month na lang! =)

Not that it matters to me, my new workplace in Sandstone Technology will be located at Antel 2000 Bldg anyway - just a couple of blocks away from here (Robinsons Summit)! Sa Lunes nga (my first day in Sandstone) balak pa namin mag lunch out ng morning shift Justice Leaguers... may nalaman sila na masarap ang sisig dito lang malapit sa area. Asteg. Kung tutuusin nga mas mapapalapit na ko sa tropa dahil sa "move" na 'to.

Earlier this evening, we were watching this short film that Dan the Flash edited as "tribute" to my leaving the company. It was a patched up collection of my goofy pics and video clips of my "misadventures" during our trips. Laugh trip mga repaks, salamat! I-burn natin ng madami tas ibenta natin sa Quiapo... tatlo sampo!

This afternoon, I already surrendered my company ID and called the HR on my new work to confirm some stuffs. I have all the requirements for pre-employment on ready and I'm emotionally and socially preapred for my first day funk. =) Physical preparation na lang. That's most likely why iL drop by Robinsons Ermita tomorrow after visiting my younger bro on his scout camping on his school. Bili lang ako ng new set of semi-formal terno. There's no strict guidelines in uniform in Sandstone but I at least wanted to look good on my first duty.

Another thing, malamang pag lipat ko my "blog-time" and especially my infamous Friendster survey trippings will be lessened. I need to focus on learning the processes and procedures of my new job muna. Sabagay, I'm planning to upgrade the PC at home para makapag-online pa din ako pag gabi.

Video Card: Radeon 128 DDR (2.7K)*
Asus DVD/CDRW (1.6K)*
Speakers: Altec Lansing AVS (2.6K)*

i NEED to scratch-build this one before Christmas... *cross fingers*
