Commune with Nature!

I saw a promo from this Multiply Group that I'm a member of regarding a Sagada tour package.

I want to join! The date set for this particular hike is just right. That's before I will get totally busy with all the hecticity (that's not a word) of my incoming activities.

Soooo... Justice League-HP, Shak Boyz, SE peeps, Screaming BB's, Team AIM... sama na kung sino available!!!

Sagada, Mountain Province

I inquired earlier and got this response... (thanks Grace!)
1. how many people do you expect to join?
*the last tour it was around 30 people now we're roughly 20 persons on our latest registration but we still have 10 slots available , usually 36 slots all in all.

2. how can we avail of the early bird rate? up to what date will it be?
* u can avail Php2,900/person up to the 3rd week of august then after Php3,000/person up to the last day of registration which is aug 31,2008

3. what's the method of payment?
you can deposit to a bank account .will send you your travel voucher via email

Hanging Coffins of Sagada

Check the itinerary and tour package on the link above. I still have at least until this weekend to confirm and might as well grab the extra hundred bucks discount. I mean, c'mown mamon... how easier can it get! Saves me the trouble of organizing a hike myself.

I was aiming for another mountain climb kasi since late June. Iniisip ko pa sana magsama ng ilang SE peeps who have stated interest to climb. BUT the series of activities and funky weather din't allow me to even attempt a plan, so maybe this will gonna be my next nature trip instead.

Sana matuloy.

A few tips to make train travel more enjoyable

Be on time for going away: Missing your train can start your whole vacation off on the wrong base. While it may be possible to ‘catch up’ to your train at its next stop, it will only add pressure and annoyance to your enjoyment of the vacation.

Bring any child care items with you and make sure you have travel games for younger children to make the trip more pleasant for them in between stops.

Bring along a good book or other activity. As on any vacation there can be dull spots where a good book, or an MP3 player will come in handy.

If you have special needs for diet bring along any foods you think may be hard to find on the train, or at your destinations.

Above all else, have fun. Traveling by train is rewarding and enjoyable with just a little planning.
