I was on a taxi earlier this morning when I heard this incredulous news. A police car was carnapped right in front of its own precint without any of the coppers knowing it.

If they can't even safeguard their own bits how could you entrust your own safety to them??

Ganun na ba sila katatanga ngayon?!?

I'm still on the hopes that they can gradually move from their typecast image... but with such things as this, how?
